摘    要:后现代主义思潮的影响下,交互对于档案突破自我封闭圈、促进自我服务转型具有重要作用。以社会建构论、交互认识论为理论基础,构建面向群体交互的档案服务系统,扩充档案服务内涵,强调馆员积极主导、用户参与驱动的双向服务互动,并确立系统总体框架,以馆员与用户、馆员群、用户群为主体层,以信息、学习、评估、涌现等交互行为为行为层,以沟通、激励、识别、认知、反馈等为机制层,旨在促进档案“请进来,走出去”,实现档案服务转型。

Abstract:Under the influence of post-modernism,interaction plays an important role for archives in breaking through the self-closed circle and promoting the transformation of self-service.Based on the theory of social constructionism and interactive epistemology,this paper builds a group interaction oriented archives service system,which expands the connotation of archive service,emphasizes the two-way service interaction driven by archivists’active leadership and user participation,and establishes its overall framework,with archivists and users,archivist group,user group as the main layer,information,learning,evaluation and emergence as the behavior layer,and communication,encouragement,identification,cognition and feedback as the mechanism layer.The purpose is to promote archives "invite in and go out"and realize the transformation of archives service.
