摘    要:传媒组织绩效评价以组织价值最大化为价值取向。本文基于传媒组织本质属性、组织战略目标,运用共生理论与方法,考量传媒组织利益相关者对组织的需求与期待,从影响力、责任力、财务力三个方面构建传媒组织三维绩效评价框架,以更客观真实地反映传媒组织绩效评价的有效性。
