| Abstract: | Abstract This paper discusses the development of the Books and Article Delivery Service at Brigham Young University. Instituted in 2003, Faculty Delivery Service was developed and refined to meet the diverse needs of students who are completing courses without the aid of on-campus resources. It also provides statistics and cost data in a common practices atmosphere. Past challenges and solutions are identified and anticipated future opportunities are discussed. |
