| 摘 要： | 采用文献计量方法,对国内虚拟参考咨询研究领域论文的时间分布、著者分布、期刊分布及主题分布进行了定量分析,探讨了这一领域论文研究特点及存在的问题,对今后的进一步研究提出建议。
