| 摘 要： | 文章阐述CC(Creative Commons)协议及协议的版权授权方式,探讨了CC协议对机构知识库存储方式和授权模式的影响,定义了机构知识库模式的分类,并分析我国机构知识库存在的问题、进展缓慢的原因,CC协议对提高用户参与知识库模式的认可度的提升,提出了基于CC zero协议的自愿式自存储和强制性自存储共建的实施方式及开源协作模式,希望建立强制性存储协议许可政策及相关制度,并研究一套富有实效的方法使存储模式更有利于知识共享的实施。
