| 摘 要： | 通过对专题情报服务和科技查新服务的比较分析，提出在科技查新过程中，应根据查新机构和用户的实际情况对查新项目开展专题情报服务，探讨了科技查新机构从事专题情报服务的必要性、可能性以及开展专题情报服务的过程。
