| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询依托传统文献资源和数字资源开展信息服务,满足人们对信息的需求。这一服务过程中,在检索和利用网络信息资源、传递给用户信息资源,以及最后形成的知识库时都会遇到知识产权问题。我们应该在意识、政策、法律、技术等方面积极应对,化解风险,力求更好地开展数字参考咨询服务。

| Abstract: | Based on both the traditional and digital literature resources,the digital reference service meets the needs of people.But during each link of the services such as web information search,document delivery and knowledge base creation,it is inevitable to involve in the issues of intellectual property rights.In order to provide a better digital reference service,the authors argue that the library should take active measures to reduce the risks of copyright in the aspects of related policies,laws and technologies. |
