| 摘 要： | 在他人对企业隐性知识构成的零星研究基础上，结合巴尼标准和识别简单化、分类系统化两大原则，将企业内所有隐性知识简括为个体技能、组织知识、管理系统三大构成维度，并比较了它们在企业中的重要性，分析了它们在企业知识创新中的运行机理，为企业挖掘、管理隐性知识提供一个清晰的框架。
