| 摘 要： | 图书馆作为学术性文献信息服务机构，有的还担负博、硕士研究生培养任务，加强其自身学术建设，提高其自身学术水平，十分必要，不可或缺。如何建立科学、长效的学术运行和管理机制，是一个值得图书馆界特别关注的大问题。本文就如何进行这方面的建设，从六个方面进行了前瞻性的探索和研究。
