| 摘 要： | 河南省高校图书馆信息咨询服务工作整体发展不均衡,其服务效率有待提升。在选择10所河南省高校图书馆信息咨询服务对比分析的基础上,认为应从提高思想认识、降本增效、服务多元化等方面重视信息咨询服务工作,发挥有限资金最大化作用,最大限度满足读者需要,以提高河南省高校图书馆信息咨询服务效率。

| Abstract: | As a whole,the information services of university libraries are not balanced in Henan Province and their efficiency should be improved.Based on a comparative analysis to the information services provided by 10 university libraries,in order to improve the efficiency of the information services,the authors argue that the services should be attached importance to by enhancing understanding,decreasing costs and improving efficiency,and providing diversified services,and that the limited funds should be used where they can be put to best use to meet the needs of users. |
