| 摘 要： | 网络原生数字资源建设是人类对处于无序状态的各种网络原生数字信息进行规划、选择、采集、组织、保存、开发等活动,使之形成可资利用的网络原生数字资源体系的全过程。文章从宏观方面、微观方面探讨网络原生数字资源建设的必要性;从意识、理论、实践、技术等方面探讨网络原生数字资源建设的可行性。
