| 摘 要： | 标杆管理实施流程正确与否对其在图书馆绩效的提高效果上具有重要的影响作用。笔者对国外高校图书馆成功实施标杆管理的案例进行了深入分析,总结出了一些在实施过程中需要面对的问题、实施内容、前期准备工作和容易产生的认识误区,为我国高校图书馆实施标杆管理提供一些参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | The important influences on the improvement of academic library performance are dependent on whether benchmarking implementing process is correct or not.The author analyzes many successful cases of implementation in foreign academic libraries and concludes some questions that need to be resolved,the content of implementation,preparation and easily committing faults in order to give some references to our academic libraries who will use benchmarking. |
