| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析近20年来全国公共图书馆馆库空间密度统计数据，并剖析中山大学和俄亥俄大学两个图书馆布局设计典型案例，探讨了图书馆空间布局的变化，阐述了现代图书馆已经从单纯的贮藏空间向公共空间及学习空间发生变化的观点，建议图书馆结合各地“十二五”规划，加强与所在城市区域的合作，以多种方式拓展图书馆可利用空间，提高图书馆的生存竞争力。

| Abstract: | There is a close relation between trust and knowledge sharing behavior.The research shows that the higher of the level of cognition-based trust,the higher level of the affect-based trust.The institutional-based trust has positive influence on both cognition-based trust and affect-based trust.Institutional-based trust and cognition-based trust have great influence on explicit knowledge sharing behavior while the affect-based trust produces an effect on tacit knowledge sharing behavior,meanwhile the tacit knowledge sharing behavior impacts on that of explicit knowledge sharing.The enterprise can improve its capability of knowledge sharing by enhancing tacit knowledge sharing,creating a harmonious interpersonal trust environment and establishing perfect institutional-based trust. |
