| Abstract: | Open Access leads to many new problems which need to be deal with urgently in libraries, these includes the status of library, technique line, policy of information resource development, management of users. Libraries should accept it and take vigorous action in the campaign, and to be the propaganda, supporter, upholder of it, and try to do well in purchase and service. |
