| 摘 要： | 信息社会中信息能力越来越重要,信息能力研究成为社会热点。为了理顺研究思路,明确研究目标,通过总结当前信息能力研究的概况,提出构建信息能力研究框架。从框架体系上设计了一个研究思路:从横向角度阐述信息能力的概念、特征、组成,及其培育与管理;从纵向角度论述信息能力的形成与发展、功能、作用和影响因素,以及各个层次的相互关系。

| Abstract: | The research of information capacity becomes hot spots with the development of informationsociety.In order to rationalize the train of thought and define the research goal,the paper generalizes thecurrent situations of information capacity research and proposes a research framework for it.And then theauthors design a research idea based on the framework,that is,elaborating its concept,features andcomposition from lateral relations and discussing the formation,development,function,roles and influentialfactors from longitudinal relations. |
