基于LibQUAL+TM的高职院校图书馆服务绩效实证研究

摘    要:LibQUAL+TM是针对高校及研究型图书馆设计的以读者知觉体验为中心的服务质量评价模型,在借鉴国内部分图书馆采用LibQUAL+TM进行服务绩效成功评价的基础上,以广东交通职业技术学院图书馆为测评对象,对其服务绩效进行了评价和分析。

Abstract:LibQUAL+TM,designed for university or research libraries,is a service quality evaluation model based on the reader's percepti ve experience.On the basis of the experiences of domestic libraries using LibQ UAL+TM,the paper takes the Library of Guangdong Communication Polytechnic as an example,and makes an appraisal and analysis on its service performance evaluat ion.
