| 摘 要： | 网络环境下,图书馆数字资源的知识产权保护问题日益受到关注。为了解我国图书馆界对数字资源的保护现状,笔者以我国公共图书馆为例,采用抽样的方法,对国家图书馆、全国31个省级公共图书馆(不含港澳台地区)及部分市级公共图书馆网站关于数字资源过量下载方面的相关规定进行了调查,发现在实际调查的38家公共图书馆网站中仅有5家设有相关规定,这种情况是由图书馆、数据库商、用户等多方面原因造成的。因此,应在法律法规制定、行政管理和计算机技术等方面对以上不足进行改进。
