| 摘 要： | 图书馆信息资源共享平台的建设是主客观因素相互平衡、相互协调的结果,主客观因素在平台的建设和发展过程中起着同等重要的作用。共享平台的服务主体和利用主体相互影响和制约,技术平台、管理平台和标准规范平台在共享平台的构建中各自扮演了重要的角色,存储、整合与获取技术的相互促进和发展,都影响着信息资源共享平台的建设。
