| 摘 要： | 美国州立图书馆与档案馆,通过已有网站开展政府信息公开服务,是公民在线获取政府信息的重要场所。笔者选取华盛顿州、伊利诺伊州、纽约州、德克萨斯州、印第安纳州和佛罗里达州的州立图书馆和档案馆,从提供服务的基本情况、提供服务的内容及提供服务的方式三个方面介绍在线政府信息公开服务的现状,并比较二者的特征。
