| 摘 要： | 2010年9月,石油高校图书馆联盟开发完成了"外文期刊题录数据库"。"外文期刊题录数据库"建库工作中存在三方面的问题:数据录入不够规范;建库系统稳定性不够;平台的检索功能有待完善。为了解决这些问题,"外文期刊题录数据库"建库工作应注意以下五点:制定建库标准;完善检索功能;加强系统的稳定性和兼容性;增加系统的统计功能;统一文献检索与传递平台。
