| 摘 要： | 文章分析和探讨了信息管理与信息系统专业在教学实训环节存在的问题,结合本专业的发展特点,构建了以科研促进教学实训的人才培养模式,将科研项目融入教学实训培养过程。学生通过这种项目化的教学实训培养过程,不仅对专业知识和实践技能的掌握更加充分和深入,提高了自身的岗位就业竞争能力,也培养了自己的科研创新意识,实施效果明显。
