| 摘 要： | BALIS馆际互借服务在制度体系构建上采取了集中式管理的模式,在业务体系构建上采取分布式服务的方式。清晰透明的过程控制保证了馆际互借服务顺利运行,有效的评估促进了馆际互借服务能力的提升,也促进了馆际互借服务质量的提高。但文献满足率低、居高不下的物流费用等限制了馆际互借服务的拓展,应在队伍建设、资源建设、系统建设、物流等方面统筹规划。

| Abstract: | BALIS interlibrary loan services adopts a centralized management model to build the institutional system,and takes distributed services to build business system.Clear and transparent proces control ensures the interlibrary loan services operating smoothly,effective assessment promotes not only the enhancement of interlibrary loan services capacity,but also the improvement of quality of interlibrary loan service.But there are some shortcomings of the system which limit the expansion of interlibrary loan services such as the low satisfaction rate and the high logistics costs,so it should be overall planned in the building,resources, construction,system construction,logistics and other aspects. |
