| 摘 要： | 通过网络调查的方式对国内部分图书馆开发利用开放存取资源的情况进行了调查,对调查结果及其原因进行了分析。指出图书馆应大力宣传开放存取资源,并对其进行深度组织、揭示和开发,以促进人们对开放存取资源的有效利用。

| Abstract: | The present situation of development and use for open access(OA)resources in library of China was investigated by means of online survey.The author analyzes the investigation results and its reasons.It is pointed out that the library should make publicity,conduct deep arrangement and development for OA,so as to promote the efficient usage of open access resources. |
