| 摘 要： | 在21世纪,知识与物流、资金流等有形资源一样成为最重要的生产要素,而图书情报机构作为信息和知识的集散地,享有得天独厚的知识资源优势.那么,图书馆将如何适应市场和用户的需求,进行有效的知识管理呢?本文将物流领域的知识供应链理论引入到图书馆的知识管理系统中,构建图书馆知识管理的社会协作系统,以不断实现知识的扩大和创新,提高图书馆在社会中的知识地位,从而在企业和国家的可持续发展中发挥应有的作用.
