| 摘 要： | 应用SWOT分析方法对上海图书馆国际文献交换的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行分析,并基于SWOT分析方法提出了四种战略,即SO战略、WO战略、ST战略和WT战略.在国际交换过程中,上海图书馆交换工作必须扬长避短,在提高文献质量的基础上,建设自己的特色,提高自己的竞争实力,在此基础上,结合文献交换市场的相关特征,笔者对上海图书馆国际文献交换今后如何发展提出了一些对策和建议.
