| 摘 要： | 地方文献工作,已超越图书馆的工作范围。黑龙江省图书馆基于"共享与参与"的视角对地方文献资源进行整合开发,提供深层次服务,以省馆为牵头单位,联合省内各级各类图书馆、各地方文献收藏机构走资源共享之路,建立完备级的地方文献收藏体系。建议设立"地方文献数字化建设基金会"和建设"地方文献信息资源整合平台"。

| Abstract: | Local document work is beyond the scope of library work.Based on the perspective of sharing and participation, the Library of Heilongjiang Province integrates and develops the local documents, provides extensive services, collaborates with other libraries in the Province to share information, and establishes a completed collection system for local documents.The author makes some suggestions on establishing a foundation for digitalization of local documents and a platform for integration of the documents. |
