| 摘 要： | 当前图书馆的科技查新服务日益受到重视,范围不断扩大,亟需建立科学完备的质量评价体系。在提出科技查新质量评价指标体系构建的基本思路和原则的基础上,认为评价指标必须涵盖基本要素评价、工作流程及服务成果评价和工作效果评价三大部分,在此基础上提出了完整的科技查新工作质量评价指标体系。
