| Abstract: | In this paper,the author firstly analyzes relevant theories of library consortium knowledge transfer,barriers in including library consortium,the history of knowledge transfer,barriers in library consortium knowledge transfer and their solutions,then discusses the institutional arrangement construction of knowledge transfer in the library consortium from such aspects as the system support,management organization,human capital,communication mechanisms,monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. |
