| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the factors that impede on the developments of libraries existing in organization and management of university libraries in a objective and systematic way. Meanwhile proposes some measures for development from different management levels, such as setting up the mode of knowledge rectangle management, using the method of distributed management to deal with the relation between university library and college date room and so on. |
