| 摘 要： | 对图书馆联盟的起源和现状进行了概述,在分析石油高校图书馆联盟成立背景的基础上,主要从制定联盟整体发展规划,规范联盟管理运行制度,建立强有力的领导核心和稳定的组织机构,制定统一的技术规范标准,建设统一的检索平台,开展文献传递业务,加强人员培训等方面探讨了其联盟今后的具体工作任务。同时指出石油高校图书馆联盟建设与发展中需注意的若干问题。
