| 摘 要： | 以Zimbra Collaboration Suite系统为例,采用问卷调查方法研究中山大学教师的电子邮件查找行为,发现:用户对文件夹及标签功能的满意程度较高,但使用普及程度较低;用户最常使用的邮件查找方式是人工方式;用户对自身邮件查找能力有着较高的评价。为了提高电子邮件查寻能力以及查寻效率,应养成良好的邮件管理意识,充分利用过滤器的功能,善于使用多种方式进行电子邮件的前期整理和后期查找,并充分发挥学校网络中心的作用。

| Abstract: | The paper takes the Zimbra Collaboration Suite of Sun Yat-sen University as an example and further explores the email seeking behaviors of the faculty of Sun Yat-sen University with questionnaire.There are findings as follows:Even users give great praises to the function of folders and tags,the prevalence of those functions remain relatively low;The most commonly-employed searching method is through manual operation;and Users generally rate their searching capacity as satisfactory.In order to improve email seeking capability and efficiency,people should cultivate consciousness of email management,fully use the function of filter,and use multiple ways to organize and find emails in the process of email management.Besides,universities should give full scope to network center. |
