| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的产生、网络信息环境的飞速发展，知识服务受到越来越多的关注。从文献信息服务转向提供知识的服务成为当前数字图书馆信息服务的必然趋势。这要求数字图书馆的信息服务工作立足于知识服务的特点上，树立全新的服务理念，采取一些行之有效的新方法和措施，为用户提供全新的服务模式。

| Abstract: | With the creation of knowledge economy and the rapid development of network information environment, the knowledge service is more and more pay attention to. It has become trend that the information service about literature changes the service which provides knowledge in the current digital library. This trend requests digital library has a foothold on the character of the knowledge service, setting up an new service principle, and to take some valid means, So as to offer the consumers a new service mode. |
