| 摘 要： | 机构知识库元数据管理具有重要的意义,然而在其实施过程中却面临着政策、资金、技术等一系列问题,应通过增强元数据管理意识,加大管理资源投入,制定管理政策,采用必要的管理方法和技术手段等措施加强机构知识库元数据的管理,从而最大限度地开发机构知识库资源的使用价值。

| Abstract: | Metadata management of institutional repository is very important.However,in practice,institutional repository is confronted with a series of problems such as policy,fund and technology.In order to realize the use value of institutional repository,metadata management should be strengthened,the fund input to resource management should be increased,management policies should be formulated,and necessary managing methods and technologies should be adopted. |
