| 摘 要： | 个人数字图书馆的广泛创设,不仅涉及他人作品的版权保护,而且也涉及创设者自身有关作品的版权保护问题。为了防范和减少相关版权纠纷,有必要提高个人数字图书馆创设者的版权保护意识,进一步规范网络服务器的个人数字图书馆构建平台和相关服务,及时采取措施,防止版权侵权行为影响的扩大。
