| 摘 要： | 建立学科馆员制度是图书馆服务发展的趋势之一,行业高校图书馆由于其自身的行业特点,建立学科馆员制度更能够对学科发展起到良好的推动作用。本文从分析学科馆员制度的内涵出发,指出了行业高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性,并重点探讨了行业高校学科馆员的合作模式。
