| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆与院资料室的特点，提出改变现状，实现高校图书馆、院资料室一体化管理，统一网络，形成一个以校图书馆为主体的情报信息网络中心，利用高校校园网，优化资源配置，实现校内献资源的共建、共享体系。

| Abstract: | Based on characteristic of libraries in universities and data centers of colleges, this paper gives some suggestions For example improving the unitive management between them, unifying the network.Then a system is formed. In this system, libraries in universities are main bodies. Their aim is to make use of network in universities, to optimize the collocation and to come into being systematic literature communion. |
