| 摘 要： | 本文在对网上免费学术信息资源的定义与分类进行界定基础上，重点讨论获取网上免费学术信息资源的策略与工具。论文把这些检索工具分为两类：一类是通用搜索引擎：包括其提供的特殊功能和通过检索式构造来获得所需信息；一类是专门用来搜索免费学术信息的工具。
