| 摘 要： | 本文对清华、北大、人大图书馆的虚拟参考咨询工作进行了统计分析，对虚拟参考咨询源的建设方面、知识库建设方面和咨询方式与时间这三方面进行了比较，最后对我国的虚拟参考咨询工作的开展提出了几点看法。
