| 摘 要： | 根据清远地区文献信息资源现状,阐述实施清远文献信息资源一体化工程的过程,改变以往只有公共馆服务地方的传统观念,以大学图书馆为中心,建立清远地区图书馆联盟共同体,实施文献信息一体化工程,建立文献信息资源保障体系,实行资源共建共享,为快速发展的清远地区经济提供有力支撑。

| Abstract: | Dr.Ke Ping created a theory of text bibliographical information that was based on modern bibliography being practiced effectively in 1994.This paper conducted a survey of the digitization of text bibliographical information.As a result,the form of text bibliographical information has been replenished and classified.Furtherly,the digitization of table of contents information has been researched. |
