| 摘 要： | 公共借阅权的概念随着其实践不断演进发展。本文对公共借阅权的概念作了新的定义,分析其法律特点,归纳其立法模式类型有版权模式、准版权模式和文化政策模式,并对三种模式加以比较。

| Abstract: | With the advancement of practice in Public Lending Right,the concept of PLR has developed.The paper gives a new definition for the concept of PLR,analyses the legal characteristics of PLR,summarizes three legislative modes of PLR,including copyright mode,quasi-copyright mode and cultural policy mode,and does a contrastive study of the three modes. |
