| 摘 要： | 介绍了知识自由的概念,指出了知识自由的障碍包括:物理障碍、生理障碍、心理障碍、政治障碍、经济障碍、技术障碍和文化观念障碍,认为图书馆是实现知识自由的最佳场所和有力的社会保障制度,并探讨了在图书馆实践活动中为消除这些障碍应采取的一系列对策。

| Abstract: | Library is not only an organization,but aslo institution.The institution if library is to secure the knowledge rights of citizens,which include the rights of knowledge freedom,equality,sharing.Readers have the liberty to obtain information,but the liberty is rlative,and is restricted by law,and also need the law to protect it.The library should have the responsibility to ensures the liberty of readers obtaining informaiton by technical force,service awareness etc. |
