| 摘 要： | 企业知识管理出现了两大理论方向:流程导向和实时导向。基于二者本身的不足以及知识管理和知识的本质,本研究提出流程为实时知识管理提供一种方向,实时知识管理为流程导向提供一种实现途径,并对知识管理的本质、战略、边界等问题进行了新的阐释。
