| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的应用,数字图书馆应运而生。信息技术的发展、用户需求和用户行为的变化决定了互动立体化服务的必要性。相对于图书馆传统的单向服务而言,互动服务是一种全新的双向服务模式。人、资源、信息技术、服务是数字图书馆服务体系的四个关键因素,在图书馆的互动服务过程中相互制约,相互促进,为用户提供立体化服务。
