| 摘 要： | 省级公共图书馆是国家公共文化服务的重要组成部分,同时也是服务大众的窗口。在数字时代,地方特色数据库的建设是我国地方公共数字文化服务的主要途径,数据库的数量和质量是数字时代国家和地区文化软实力的体现。目前,大多数省级公共图书馆已经建立了一批特色数据库,但是依然存在一些亟待解决的问题,如东部区域与西部区域建设的差异化,资源未建立统一的窗口以服务用户,以及未进行统一的更新维护等。

| Abstract: | Provincial public libraries are an important part of national public cultural services,and also a window to serve the public.In the digital age,the construction of local characteristic database is the main way of local public digital cultural services in China.The quantity and quality of the database are the embodiment of national and regional cultural soft power in the digital age.At present,most provincial public libraries have established a number of characteristic databases,but there are still some urgent problems to be solved,such as the differences between the Eastern and Western regions,the lack of a unified window for resources to serve users,and the lack of unified update and maintenance. |
