| 摘 要： | 调查发现，由于先天或后天的生理缺陷，视障少年对公共图书馆存在明显的隔阂。基于此，河南省图书馆将“爱心阅览室”定位于主要为视障读者服务，并施行适合视障少年的服务模式，为其开辟第二课堂，以彰显公共图书馆的社会价值，促成视障教育的社会参与，增长视障少年的社会自信，光大对残疾人事业的社会爱心。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation, there is apparent estrangement between public libraries and blind children because of congenital or acquired defects. So Henan Provincial Library sets the Loving Reading-room to serve blind readers, and adopts some special service models to set the second classroom for them so as to show the social value of public libraries, to promote the social participation for disabled people's education, and to enhance social care of them. |
