| 摘 要： | 本文着重分析了我国社区图书馆的发展现状以及存在的问题，阐述了在新形势下建设社区图书馆的必要性，并就如何搞好社区图书馆建设、怎样开展社区图书馆的服务工作以及建设社区图书馆应注意的事项等问题，提出了一些看法。
