| 摘 要： | 文献是人脑的延伸,作为文献集合的图书馆是社会的公共大脑,开发智力资源是图书馆的基本功能之一。在先进文化的建设过程中,图书馆可以发挥显著的智力支持作用,这种智力支持渗透到政治、经济和科学技术的进步之中,转变为综合国力。
