| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆是社会公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分。是满足全体公民教育、学习的重要阵地。本文通过对外来劳务工精神文化建设重要性的阐述，并结合宝安区图书馆的实践，提出了公共图书馆为外来劳务工开展延伸服务的方法和对策。

| Abstract: | Public Libraries are a very important cultural delivery and social service system that provides peo- ple an education and learning center. This article elaborates the fundamental functions and roles of public li- braries in serving temporary workers for their spiritual and cultural construction. Some practical approaches and strategies in these aspects are also proposed and discussed by using Bao＇an district library as a model. |
