| Abstract: | As the agency of the copyright holder and the information resource user, digital-library will face the problems and challenges from the intellectual property rights, especially the copyright, during the process of its construction and service. While the advancing and practice of the copyright collectivity management, It give a needed ensure of the friendship of the digital-library erector and the copyright holder. |
