摘    要:数字化时代的来临,要求编辑出版人才必须具有以下三方面的能力:新的编辑业务能力,全方位的市场营销能力,较强的社交公关能力.为此要求我国的出版高等教育调整教育目标,摆正掌握知识与提高能力的关系;更新课程体系,增大能力培养类课程的分量;加强实习实践环节的教学,提高学生的动手能力.
